There is a one-time setup fee at the beginning. With Butlerapp, you can notify your customers not only by email, but also via SMS. Should you wish to use this feature, a fee of only a few cents per SMS applies. Otherwise, there are no additional costs.
Our goal is to provide software tailored to your needs. For example, the booking form adapts to your website design, additional input fields can be added, and the text within it can be customized. Invoicing can be configured so that Butlerapp bills precisely according to your payment terms. All documents that you use in your business operations can be uploaded and then pre-filled with data stored in the system.
Butlerapp can automatically transfer invoices to DATEV Online. Furthermore, invoices can be downloaded on a monthly basis with a single click.
